By using CamelPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered business in Tanzania to use CamelPay. You must provide valid business identification for verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.

4. Fees

CamelPay charges a 5% fee per successful transaction. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or charges for business verification.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use CamelPay for any illegal activity, fraud, or misrepresentation. Violation will result in account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

CamelPay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
